Thanks again...we finally have a court date in Georgia for the other...but are going to file the contempt of court tomorrow here in Florida and talked to the police department about filing a report for violation of visitation agreement as well...for documentation. He has journaled every call and time they were supposed to meet and every contact. Unfortunately, it has been months since she has moved, but modification in the least and the charges in Georgia dropped would suffice. We are in the panhandle...but are visiting central Florida this weekend! Have a great Memorial Day!
