Seems that an Indy judge feels that a kid attending a private Catholic school cannot practice his (divorced) parents' religion of choice, Wiccan. He placed the order upon both parents when neith parent filed any sort of motion. The courts took it upon themselves to make the order. Now the father, with the help of the ACLU is appealing to the State Supreme Court. Might be an interesting case to follow.
