TX} My husband and his ex had an agreement notorized changing his visit that was court ord. to a good mutual visit period. When the ex doesnt get her way and cant make my husb miserable she tends to back out of her word. Now we were told that the noterized agreement they have erases what is in the court paper and replaces it w/ their agreement... if this is true, then for her revoking on it makes her in contempt right.. because she is doing this my husb. wont beable to see his son till fathers day weekend. she uses the child , is never at home with him, and cares only for herself and the saddest part is she shows this for all to see and doesnt realize this... want fathers to have more,
AJ
