but when this happened we contacted our lawyer to make sure this was an action we wanted to take, he explained to us that as long as both parents signed this and it was noterized then it became the order to replace the section of the court order pertaining to this and that part of the court order was erased ???????? do we have a quack of a lawyer or is he right?
