but xmas is a whole nother day compared to the rest of visitation... she gets him what seems like 95% of the time right? well dont feel bad for her when she is acting childish about this and wants to manipulate her own son to make you miserable. take all you can with the ordered visitation and go file in court for an equal share or more. she is using the child to get to you and by awarding her only makes her sink into her game even more. if he doesnt want to talk to her dont make him, she obviously doesnt make him when the tables are turned..shes playing games so throw the ball back in her court and take it as you get what you give.. she doesnt care make him him, well then you dont if its ot her time, dont volunteer yours, if she calls and he doesnt want to talk tell her to call another time and hang up. even if he supposedly doesnt want to go with you make him no matter what, once you leave her manipulative presence he will be just fine....
