hogtyed, it isn't just cases of abuse. My x and I agreed on child support, but the government wouldn't allow it. There are literally hundreds of examples of cases where the parents agree and the court rules differently.
I can see this one getting shot down though. Wiccan is a religion, whether you can buy into that or not. This goes against the first amendment protection of religious rights.
