How is that report any more "hearsay" than say...a GAL report or a "homestudy" and yet, aren't those reports accepted [as pretty much "gospel"] by the courts?
And how is the Judge's authority in this matter any different that his authority in any other matter? The courts already have the "authority" to decide so many things for us...where our children where live, how much time they get to spend with each parent and when and where, how much money we will spend on them, etc.
