You know, Graham, in our situation my ex's mom actually thinks that I need to be in my sons's life and she is the only reason that all of our visitations that have taken place did. And when my ex tried accusing Jaclyn of beating and telling her to leave the house her mom stood up to her and said that if she "thought for one second that Jaclyn had touched him that she would not be standing in her house." She has also told my ex to get a job or to leave the house and that that would be my chance to get custody. However, since she has taken care of him 95% of the time, I know she will fight to keep him with her so it will be a long, hard fight, but at least she thinks that I should be in his life.
