My husband and I are fighting for his 13 year old boy who is getting into all kinds of trouble while in his moms care. He does not want to live with us and our kids. He wants to stay with his mom and half brother. The mother drives drunk with him, lets friends of hers give him beer, he has been suspended 4 times and gone to alt. school, stays out all night sometimes never goes home, and has been in trouble w/police.
