I am filing for modification to joint physical custody later this week. Since our divorce, I was awarded EOW and one day a week for visitation. However, I have had the children on a daily basis for the past three years. Do I have a chance?
If I fail, can I take my ex and the state of MN to civil court for financial and emotional distress?
