Not likely. In Minnesota, to change custody there are two basis. The first is that the child is endangered in the current environment. That does not apply here.
The second is that the child has been integrated into your home full time with the other parent's consent. That also does not seem to apply but is the only basis for any ind of argument.
If this is in Minnesota, you are likely spitting into the wind based on those facts.
