why does your H pay CS?

if he has more than 50% custody? Oris he just "buying" off his x?

Sounds like he needs a modification.

But back to the NBA player, he pays 1.4%, not 14%. I don't feel sorry for the guy, regarding the money he has to pay. I do feel sorry for him because he won't be able to see his kid for Xmas.
