What about joint legal custody with you having primary physical custody?

Even if you listed it as joint physical and joint legal in the paperwork it would probobly not hurt a thing in regards to your parental rights as long as when the child resides with each parent is clearly spelled out in the paperwork.

She cannot remain listed as the custodial parent due to it could impede your ability to do some things legally for the child. For example getting routine or optional medical care, getting your daughter's driving permit, filing lawsuits regarding your children (remember the pledge of alligence case).
