I think my original guess of 100 days was too much. With the offer I made, she would get approx 80 days. If the judge rules in my favor, he will probably allow her the standard summer visitation schedule for out area, which is about 5 weeks. If she forces this to go to court, she will most likely end up with approx 60 days a year with the option to visit her in-state once a month.
