Hope you have it well documented that she refused visitation several times in order to show a pattern. Also, I highly recommend that you request make up time for all that was missed. If ya don't ask, ya don't receive.
Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row before heading into the court room. Being well prepared is half the battle.
