It's good that you are practicing. I would create an outline of the topics he wants to cover so your fiance has it at his fingertips at all times. It won't look good to the judge if you are whispering or prompting him at all. It's really easy to get flustered and forget something when you are nervous. Maybe highlight each topic with a different color and have the paperwork relating to each topic clearly marked for him to find and refer to.
