OMG....what a process. GREAT NEWS! My fiance's ex didn't show up for court for the 2nd time. The Magistrate (we are doing everything pro se for now) was mad. She called said she was not coming and was filing paperwork in Georgia. He was not happy. He is going to put before the Judge, the schedule we filed after the first time she didn't show up. We should have judgement for that he said by the 3rd.

I'm so happy! Now the question is going to be....how they are going to make her give him to us. I don't know how that works since this is the 2nd time in a row she didn't show up for court.

Will keep everyone update. Also, for those who have been keeping up and read the ones from this week about still not talking to his son. I was just on the phone with my fiance and his ex was trying to call! I told him, let her leave a message first, then return her call.

I'm still shaking. But I'm not jumping for joy yet. The Judge still has to sign off on the Magistrate's suggestions but he wants us to see my fiance's son.

I will reiterate again, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, even if you don't think it matters. The Magistrate was very impressed with the information we had.
