I just made a list of dates and times and typed it up and filed it with the contempt of court paperwork. It basically states the specific dates and times that we wanted the child. Which is 6 weeks with us, 2 with her until missed time is made up. Actually we only set it until the last 6 weeks with us starts on Christmas Eve. Because she didn't show for the 2nd time and we have filed every document of information we have...(which is a tree or 2) they went with it. He thought it was fair. We weren't asking for more than was taken away. We even went so far to set phone call times for her and return calls to be made within an hour.
I don't know about seeing the child before the judgment is signed. I don't think so...one because he is 4 and two, he said the judge would sign off on his recommendations if they are fair by the 3rd of August. My fiance' told the Magistrate that she not be punished too harshly but the Magistrate said that it was up to the judge and since she was a no-show now 2x that he was not going to be happy.
