i am in the process of going to court to get my 3 children back in my care. i had a commisioner who felt men should raise thier children. my qestion is: my ex and i have joint custody of our 3 children. the grandmother (his mother) is taking my children out of the state of fla. again. i have stated that i was against this but the father and the grandmother said to the children that its not my decision. if we have joint custody then how can i not have a say in this. please help.
