sunny in FL, one of the reasons that I tell people to file for what they want, even if they think their chances aren't good, is that you never know when the other parent is going to do something stupid like not show up.
If jurisdiction is in FL, I don't see how his x can file "papers" in GA.
So now you still need to go before the judge to see this through? When will that be? It has already been over 6 months since the boy has been able to see his Dad.
