If he's doing this during his time then I don't see how or why you would have a say in this. Why do you have a problem with it? It's summer time. There are thousands of people coming to Florida every day. Why is a judge going to stop your kids?
I may be missing something but I just don't see a change of circumstance here that will impress a judge enough to change custody.
