My ex-husband has primary Physical Care of my 2 boys-ages 15 & 13. In November of 2004 he called the cops and had my 15y/o removed from the house because his new girlfriend said it was either him or her that was leaving. I still pay child support even though he has been living with me & I have been paying for all the expenses of a normal teenage boy. My ex will not sign suspension papers or sign my son over to me. I cannot afford an attorney, any ideas on what I can do?
