What happens in our court here if you are pro-se, is you go before the Magistrate usually with both parties present. Not once now, but twice she didn't show up for court. Magistrate asked fiance' basically what he wants out of this contempt....he said I want to see my son. We filed in the paper what we wanted. 6 weeks with us, then 2with her so on and so forth until our last 6 weeks starts at 6pm on Christmas Eve.
The Magistrate said that is looked like that was fair, we weren't asking for no time with her. And since it was the 2nd time she didn't show up and a few other things she had done that we had ample proof of he said he would award it. It now has to be approved and/or signed off by the judge. We are to know by the 3rd of August. Usually takes 10 days, but since its been 8 months they are trying to rush it.
