Thank you so much for your encouragement. I agree, the lawyer is the way to go. I just hate that she is doing this and thinks she can get away with it in Georgia.

I hope you are right. I will right down the exact wording of the letter we get, it might help someone else.

I just wonder if we should get an attorney here in Florida or in Georgia for that? Probably Georgia for that I would think or someone who is licensed in both state. That would be probable only because we are in the panhandle.
