thank you for the responses. you are right fathers do have rights, although thats not what i was trying to say. its a long story, but to maybe help understand. we have joint physical custody. my ex and his mother have gotten passports for my children so when grandma says its none of my business where they are going i tend to worry. there is alot of emotional and mental abuse in the home where my children reside. they have caught the father doing drugs and grandma is abusive. all decisions regarding the children are to made between my ex and i and when your children are bing taken out of state for whatever reason and im not allowed to know where they are going its a big concern. my children are not told because they get in trouble if they tell me. i go back to court after 3 years of not having them with me to get them out of the home they are living in.
