I m so glad your eldest is doing well. At that age, high school will fly by so it's really great he is on track to a better future.

Is there a law in your state that children at a certain age can ask the court to live with the parent they want?

The father's attitude is very hurtful, he's taking his anger out on the kids. I am sorry for them.
