Sorry, I know very little and I just received it in the mail. You see, BM requested a finding of facts and conclusions from the court. The judge said he didn't want to do it and asked the lawyers to do it for him. Real nice. Well, BM's attny proposed one. In it, she puts down everything and says the child should live with her mother as the facts of the case show. It goes into a lot of detail, but in the end she states that not only should BM have custody, but I should have all transportation costs, all court costs, and only standard visitation. Now I was granted custody already! In her statement all this is what"the court finds" Does that mean the judge will/has changed his mind?This is going before the court on 8/08/05 without oral hearing. what exactly is this, and should I be worried, or is this just part of the process where she says what she thinks the court should find and my lawyer does as well? If anyone could help I'd appreciate it
