I went and looked this up on the Internet for you and I think it is supposed to be a summary of what happened. Rather than reading the whole transcript, it provides a one or two page summary of what facts were presented to the judge and what conclusions were drawn.
Sounds like her lawyer is a load of horsepucky. And what sucks is that now you're probably going to have to pay your lawyer more money to argue with her lawyer's nonsensical interpretation of what happened. Perhaps you should pay for a copy of the transcript and start highlighting relevant passages yourself?
