of what transpired in the hearing...just a one page thingie to bring the judge up to date when they next see this case...or for the new judge if the original one doesn't hear the followups.
I would spend the money and have my own attorney draft it...Plus I would pay for the transcripts so that there is documentation to back up your attorney's version.
