Wow, for only one page her lawyer really overdid it. It was 7 pages long! I spoke with my attny last night and she said that she expected that when Bm's attny did it it would be nasty about me, but in the end it's still supposed to say what the court actually decided, not what BM WISHED he decided. She said he just will look at it and then hers and use what he wants to write his own. She was a little peeved though since I told her about it and BM's attny didn't even let her know she filed or give her a copy. She doesn't have to I guess, but usually it's frowned on if you don't.
