shouldn't be allowed to breed, BUT since the Declaration of Independence allows that, you'll have to work WITHIN the system.
You could always call CPS down there in VA (where by the way? I live in Fredericksburg/Quantico) and start the ball rolling there AND fax them the info and court records.
You MAY have to move on, but keep an ear out and WHEN they kill the child make sure the POLICE charge them with murder!
