I disagree; I do not believe the current system is fixable, the corruption is to deep and wide spread and the abuses have gone to far. The abuses are to such a criminal state by so many judges tha imprisioning so many judges is just not feasable. According to the laws on the books, my case would see no less than 7 judges and numerous other persons going to prison for serious crimes. It is not going to happen until and unless we get enough men mad enough to join together and take back our rights by changing the government as is our constitutional right. This or any other such action will result in a blood bath of emense proportions, Just like what spurred the Viet Men on to action. Read your factual history of the Viet Nam conflict.

BIC needs to go for the simple reason it is a vague loop hole that allows the courts to make any decision they want rather than having to weigh the evidence and make appropriate rulings that would stop the government hand outs of matching funds. That simple few words " best Interests of the child" eliminate any other laws that could be used in any defense and gives the judge a free hand to make any decision he wants. Because of BIC the judges have no reason to read learn or understand any other laws and can do as they please.
