You miss my point completely. BIC is the reason the judges do not consider they have to do anything else. BIC is the only language in the law that allows them to do as they please without any other consideration. We may as well get rid of the entire rest of the laws and retire our legislators that have the responsibility to write the laws the judges are completely iggnoring. All the judges are doing is relying on BIC to justify everything they do. BIC give a judge such sweeping discretion that no other laws can interfere with the judges discretion. It is a blanket to cover every single issue. all the judge has to say is I think this will be for the best interest of the child and bang everything else is worthless. Judges use BIC and throw the rest of the law in the trash.
As far as the arguement of the definition of the word corruption goes, you may need to read the definition of the word in the dictionary. When ajudge does not enforce the law as it is written and states that he or she knos what is written and refueses to abide by that law, that is corrupting the law, by failing to enforce the law as it is written is corrupting the purpose of the courts existance. Oh yes Corruption is the most appropriate word to use when your constitutionally guarenteed rights are completely iggnored in preference to an individual judges biased wishes or personal concerns as stated in the 16 AmJur 2nd #155. I thought you knew your law.
