ok I took my ex to court for arrears on CS, and increase on CS we were supposed to go also for medical bills, well we gor the arrears on CS and increase on CS but my lawyer forgot to put on teh papers the medical bills so it was not heard b/c his lawyer objected , I was awarded my legal fees too so he has to pay that too. OK my question is... my lawyer is saying she will send his lawyer a letter requesting payment on the medical bills, he is not going to do anything...I know that... we have a compliance hearing in Nov. should I just ask my lawyer to file for the medical bills to be heard then? and file for that contempt and get that and legal fees?
what do you think really she screwed up but, it is almost $ 1000.00 dlls right now and it will be more since my daughter is fixing to get her braces pretty soon, he never pays within the 10 days the order says.
