We mentioned this to CP and she said no--and then wanted to know if we were going to take her back to court again in a few months or something. (thought that was interesting) Then CP proceeded to get on the phone with kids and tell them they would be living there with her until she was dead.
I know--she's a real peach. This is the same loving mother who informed her children that they no longer have a home--they have mom's house and dad's house.

For now we'll just keep a close ear to the phone. We have contact with the school and teachers on a regular basis so we think that if anything significant is discovered by a third party in the way of this man's discipline techniques--it would likely be these folks who spot it first. They don't go to church or any other clubs/activities that we are aware of. They go to a counselor off and on--not very frequently--but that person refers to CP by her nickname--rather than her given name or ms. whatever--so we figure that is pretty much worthless in the way of us actually getting truthful information on their health.
