It would seem that the Court wants the stipulation and order to reflect guideline child support. It is rejecting the agreement because the parties have disparate incomes and the order does not reflect guideline child support.
I have no recommendation without seeing the order. The Judges in Elk River and Anoka are notoriously difficult on this type of issue.
