My husband got custody of his 2 kids... first the judge gave him 6 months of temp custody and then he got full custody of them...she does get visitation though. He just kept a notebook with things done or said...and has this mother filed any police reports with the local cops or any medical records...??? that is one thing our lawyer brought up...If they are in danger- where are the reports? hope that helps somewhat...
