I just heard from the GAL's secretary that my daughter's mother may not show for court. They have no current address on her other than a P.O. box and the secretary was asking if I had one on her, the answer was no.
If the judge sets it for pre-trial what should be the steps I should take in filing the paperwork for court. My next court date is Oct 12th and frankly I am sick of how this thing is going. I have been in court for over a yr and still don't have anything in place to see my child on a regular basis that is the reason I am calling myself psychdad because I am ready to Lose My Mind Up in Here.
