i just set up a meeting with a court recommended mediator. Okay, if other parent doesn't show, as he said he wouldn't, and I go on with meetings will plan be presented to court?
i don't understand this mediation. He's a lawyer,the mediatior, so would his recommendations and the parenting plan i write be accepted by Judge?
