Graham, were you trying to insinuate that those who are trying to get 50% of their children's time (as opposed to those just wanting SOME contact) are not likely to want to stay in their children's lives after they reach adulthood? I don't understand where that came from nor where it was going to, but I really don't think that parents who seek equality are the type to cast off their children when they turn 18.

BTW, in the few weeks that I was off line, my eldest reached adulthood. He is now 18 and a legal adult. He still lives with me at this point and I still have one minor child living with me.
