I've been through the supervised visits with my child, which came about through the GAL after I told her I hadn't seen my child in three years. Mediation has been done twich mother came the first time without her portion wanting to make a deal and the second time she only wanted to use the time to try and convince the mediator that I was a batterer. We left that one also with no resolution. I called the GAL after two months of supervised visits and expressed the only way to really see how much my child wants to be with me was to be in our home. GAL agreed after observing a supervised visit with us. I have been interviewed by the GAL and home study was done, the GAL has been to my daughter's school and spoke with teacher about the mother's parenting. I found out through the GAL that mom has JUST put my child in counseling (a pattern of he's whenever she wants to manulate the system). I provided the GAL with a Time Line of my relationship with the mother and proof of the way she has used the system to keep my child away from me. The GAL even said to me; well, we know the mother has issues, but she is the mother. I found parenting classes for myself in K.C. and for her in St. Joe so she wouldn't have to fear (her words) being around me. Voluteered for drug test. Gave my most recent psychological test and mom's to the GAL (mom has no idea that I have it)which states she has a antisocial behavior disorder and doesn't care who she hurts just to get her way. I've ever made a large payment on the GAL fees and evern sent her a payment scale ofhow I will get the rest paid off. No word from the GAL on wheter she accepted this offer or not. I do know the heck has been cashed for the first installment. Mom has paid nothing. I just want to be able to act on things before this judge continues to give mom loopholes to jump through.
