I called the GAL today to see if she received the payment and to see if she has an address on the mother ( I have done the other things that were suggested to me about getting an address on her, nothing so far)the GAL told me she only has the P.O. and that mom had filed for bankrupty and got it. She received a letter in the mail last week letting her know she would not be getting paid.
Just looking for opinions as to whether things could be a little more favorable for me in court or I'm i about to be screwed and end up paying for her half too or worse?
