me and the custodial parent dont really get a long too good. i tell ncp what is going on with the kids... they dont ask- i just tell. ncp parent( we feel) doesnt wanna pay child support... wont help out with anything extra concerning the kids. custodial parent got custody almost 4 yrs ago without a fight... ordered by a judge... now ncp wants to step up...?? which would be ok with us IF it was what was best for the kids. the male child is scared to sleep at the ncp's house. he doesnt have his own room finished- its in the basement away from everyone else... its cement flooring sheet rock walls... and its also used as his punishment. when he is "bad" he is sent there. would you want your child or step child sent there every other week?
