I agree and disagree to a degree.(say that fast three times)

First, child support and parenting are not untertwined and should not be. All of the issues that you relate are related to parenting. As a result, they can and should afect parenting time. It should not affect the support. Though the concerns are valid, the "best interets of the child" should control rather than using the issue as a financial pawn
