Actually i am the twins step mom and my husband has physical custody of his twins. their mom lost custody almost 4 yrs ago. the judge gave her 6 months to get some stuff together, but she did nothing. had no job, car, home, nothing to care for with the kids. so my husband now has custody. ncp moved to our town 3 months ago and now wants to step in and have them jointly... she doesnt even take them any extra time now... it isnt fair for the kids either. they had moved around so much with her, and they are now in a schedule and routine. they know when its moms time and when its time to go home. it is hard saying no to her- cuz im sure the kids want to see her more. but not everyother week
