Ok graham: Look at it from this point, Call marriage a contract. One party to the contract decide they just do not like the contract any more and says I quit. does that nulify the contract? The other party intered into the contract expecting the contract to hold up against all intrusions. What gives the first party the right to deny the interests of the second party? It would seem to me the first party would have to prove the contract in sopme way was illegally obtained or flawed in such a manner that could be proven to be unfair. If you open a business with an equal partner does one partner have the right to keep the other partner from taking an active roll in the business? If you need help the answer is NO, why then is one marital partner allowed to destroy the other without a fair and impartial hearing to review the actual proof. No proof no cause of action, No reason for the court to interfere. I do not like you anymore is not a valid reason to break a contract. How many time are the physical abuse charges proven false and the acused party is still destroyed for no cause but the court just wants a reason to interfere. This interference fuels the court system and its leaches.
