havent her posts indicated that she is the one moving? And without the child. I may be assuming to much but according to what i understand she has said in previous posts. the information I offered is correct. It was not intended as a slam, just fact put out there straight forward and accurate. If the father and the child are remaining in the original decreee court jurisdiction there is no way she will get a change of jurisdiction to where she is moving to.
