Motion for Order Declining Jurisdiction

Okay....those who know the story I won't bore you just help me out if you can.

We in Florida, she and child in Georgia. We filed contempt, final hearing for that on November 1. She filed to move jurisdiction in Georgia, JUDGE DECLINED!!!

Today, I find she has filed a Motion for Order Declining Jurisdiction. What the heck? Do you think they can still move it for inconvenient forum? My God, this girl doesn't quit!!!! She has been there over 6 months and the Judge didn't take jurisdiction in Georgia. Is she spinning her wheels?
