My ex, the one time he did call back. Only left a message saying that if I kept calling him, he would file harrassment charges against me? Can he do this? I have called alot. But not one message was rude or threatening in any way shape or form. They were polite calls, asking about the welfare of our child and to talk to him further about an upcoming visit? Is that considered harassment?
