You seem to a relatively intelligent person, why is it so hard for you to understand that no change in the law, what ever it is, is going to change the effect the bad judges have on the system. Judges are empowered to enforce the laws not to write them and by law are not permitted to ignore them but they do, day after day, case after case. work on finding a way to force the judges compliance with the written laws and you will start making progress in this for everyone.
You have beaten the BIC and childrens rights issue to death and where are you? no closer to an agreement than you were when you started. Do you see how the system encourages this conflict over terms when it is really the system it's self.
Pass a new law, change a term, it will affect nothing until you change the system.
